Return Policy
Domestic Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt. International Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
Returns will only be accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
No refunds will be issued for returned items; store credit will be given in the amount of the garment(s). Refunds will be issued only for damaged goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded or included in store credit.
All units are inspected for flaws and damages prior to shipping by MINT staff. Therefore, merchandise must be returned in an acceptable manner – i.e. packaged properly with the original tags attached and in the original polybag along with a copy of the Return Authorization form in the carton.
If upon inspection of the state of the garment it is determined that there is a damage caused by the customer no refund or store credit will be given.

Once your package has been received at MINT jodi arnold, your return will be processed. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
